Come and join Susie for a blissful session of meditation and mindfulness, every Thursday from 5.30pm!
Expect guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, breathwork, and the odd surprise!
Meditation has a multitude of benefits; it can reduce stress, enhance focus, improve your relationships, creativity, and sleep quality, and bring more peace and positivity into your life.
Each session will focus on a specific meditation or mindfulness technique, giving you the tools you need to build your own practice if you wish. You will also be guided through relaxation exercises to leave you feeling totally zen!
*SOUNDBATH LAST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH!*
This class is suitable for all abilities and levels of experience. Mats and blocks will be provided, but feel free to bring a cushion or bolster if you like.
