About

My fitness background includes 14 years tap dancing and 6 years training in contemporary dance. At university I took up cheerleading, which is where I also started going to the gym.

Fast-forward to 2024, I began working with a personal trainer at Workout (shoutout to Jack!) and finally managed to stick to a routine at the gym. This is where I noticed the biggest transformation in my strength, motivation and physique.

I have now left my corporate marketing job behind and started 2025 by qualifying as a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer.

For me, finding motivation and confidence in the gym is something that has developed over time. I want to empower clients to feel fulfilled with their training and not be afraid to take up space in an environment that can sometimes feel intimidating.

My personal goal is to be strong and build a body that reflects this, and I’m excited to help you do the same.
