Movement has always been a big part of my life. Coming from a professional dancer background, I’m a firm believer in creating the perfect ‘body armor’ to be ready for whatever life throws your way.

There is no one size fits all approach to strength & well being, but being confident is a universal language I think we all hope to achieve. Having spent years striving to be happy & confident in my own skin, I’ve developed a real passion for supporting others on their journeys.
