'With years of experience in the fitness industry and over 20 years of martial arts training under his belt, Gio has honed his skills and expertise to provide top-notch coaching to clients of all levels.

His qualifications include Level 3 certification in Personal Training and Weight Management, as well as a black belt in Taekwondo, ensuring that he has the knowledge and expertise to design effective and personalized training programs tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Gio’s training philosophy is all about balance and discipline, combining effective workouts with sustainable lifestyle changes to create long-lasting results. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve endurance, learn self-defense skills, or enhance overall health and well-being, he will tailor a program specifically to meet your needs and preferences.

Outside of the gym, you can find him exploring the great outdoors. He’s tackled high-altitude climbs in the Himalayas and Ecuador, cycled the length of New Zealand by bicycle and is always seeking new adventures to challenge himself and stay connected with nature.'
