Hey Im June & I’m a Level 3 PT with GP referral and can help with long term health conditions. I am also qualified with NASM specializing in women’s fitness.
I qualified just before covid and have been working in a gym environment since 2019 after becoming a level 2 gym instructor.
My own fitness journey started here at Workout as a member by just wanting to be more active... now you will find me throwing around barbells in CrossFit at 6am which I love!
I like keeping myself fit and healthy and I want to show others that its never to late to start your fitness journey as we build your confidence and increase your knowledge along the way.
When I am not in the gym you will find me with friends & family often with my grandsons trampolining, kicking a ball around or exploring new places.
