I’m Rob, a qualified personal trainer.
I have always been passionate about sport and fitness. From a young age my main focus was Judo which I did for 12 years.
I wanted to become a personal trainer because I wanted to help and encourage others to achieve their fitness goals.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or to generally feel fitter then I can help!
I know how impossible those goals can feel while juggling, work and family life...
