About
Sally started her career in the fitness industry in 1990 , initially she trained as a sports massage therapist , running a successful business treating many clients from athletes to people in general discomfort . In 1995 she started working as a gym instructor , then went on to qualify as a personal trainer .
"My passion for treating clients to improve aches / pains and injuries crossed over to my personal training , where I was able to give a more rounded session alongside their exercise program."
In 2007 she became a STOTT pilates instructor. This further solidified her existing skills to add more value to her client sessions .
Sally then went on to train as a Functional patterns practitioner .
This system brings adaptable science based training to clients across the board “ We believe that since we evolved to Run , Throw , Stand , and Walk ( The big four ) that all our client training should work's towards improving our ability too do exactly this .
